NESTOR Europe fund
The NESTOR Europe fund invests by preference in the voting shares of European companies which, by reason of their high net asset value or above-average growth in earnings are particularly capable of enhancing the value of the fund units in line with the overall investment objective.
The sub-fund may also invest in options certificates on securities and in convertible bonds and fixed-interest securities in European currencies.

Fund manager
Dirk Stöwer
Dirk Stöwer, fund manager of NESTOR Europe, has been working in securities and asset management for 20 years.
A graduate in banking management, Stöwer began his career in the business in 1985 and started advising high-net worth private clients in 1991, when he was working for the securities section of Cuxhaven Savings Bank. There he not only devised innovative investment strategies, he also managed the savings bank’s own holdings, amounting to some DM 200 million. He went on to rise to a senior position in the private client business at MM Warburg in Luxembourg. He joined Kohlhase & Stöwer Asset Management GmbH, Munich, in 2007. He had been responsible, with very considerable success for the NESTOR Europe Fund since 1 July 2005 (working at HWB Capital Management for two years of that period).
Stöwer is convinced that “the onward march of globalisation offers European entrepreneurs lots of opportunities. European tradition, image and quality are sought after throughout the world, particularly in luxury goods.” His achievements in 2007, 2008 and 2009 earned him a gold medal from Sauren Fonds-Research AG.
